[Working principle]-When the pilot valve spring is in the free state before starting, the main valve and the pilot valve are in the closed state. The pilot valve is opened by spring force, steam enters the main diaphragm chamber through the pilot valve, and part of the steam flows out through the control hole.When the steam flowing into the pilot valve is greater than the steam flowing out of the control hole, the control pressure in the main diaphragm valve increases and opens. Main valve. As the steam flows through the main valve, the downstream pressure increase is fed back through the induction tube, acting under the pilot valve diaphragm, balancing the spring pressure on the upper part of the diaphragm, causing the pilot valve to form a closed throttle, maintaining the pressure in the main diaphragm, and controlling the main valve Open the appropriate amount of steam. The downstream pressure can be changed by adjusting the spring on the pilot valve diaphragm.
